Democrats reject general’s Iraq plan

In a bold challenge to General Petraeus’ assessment,Senate Majority leader Harry Reid said the “situation on the ground in Iraq has not changed at all.” He later acknowledged gains in Anbar province, “but it’s like the big balloon that you push on one side and it comes out someplace else.”

So now Harry Reid knows more than our commanding General about tactics and troop deployment.

I will from here on, refer to the majority leader as General Reid, as he seems to be an expert on military matters.

Can someone please explain to me why we even listen to this man?
